Rules & Regulations

Check-in / Check-out –

Normal Check in time starts at 13:00, but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier. Checkout time 11:00 Kindly cooperate with us to deliver a memorable experience.

Cancellation / Refunds –

Cancellation of direct booking is welcome 72 hrs. prior to the date of check in time. The advance will be refunded through bank transfer within 07 – 10 working days. – Direct booking amendment is also welcome 72 hrs. prior to the date of check in time subject to availability on the next date of requirement. Bookings done for days in between Mon – Thu cannot be amended with weekends like Fri – Sun & also on government declared Holidays and Festivals. – There will be no refunds for early departures, breakdowns of air conditioner, heater, appliances, etc., if the breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the management has no control.

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner –

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner are served in the Restaurant at specific hours of the day. In room dining is also available.

Smoking –

Smoking is completely forbidden inside the cottages / rooms / restaurant / reception. Cottages & rooms balconies have no restrictions.

Guest Rooms –

The accommodation facility can be only availed only by the guests registered at the reception. – The rooms or cottages are not permissible for business activities or for any purposes other than accommodation use, without the consent of the management.

Swimming Pool / Water Park –

Rules & regulations as. Swimming costume / suit is mandatory for all uses.

Parking Lot –

Parking is available free of charge for all guests at owner’s risk.

Your Liabilities –

We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident, or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you (Normal wear and tear are excluded). – Please report any accidents or incidents to the management in connection with any sort of property damage.

General incapacity –

Mohana Beach Resort cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevents from fulfilling its commitments to the guests. However, the management will take necessary steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under these conditions:

  • Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the
  • Industrial actions, civil uprising
  • Fire, wind, or any other force major event.
  • As we have several guests, we request you to respect each other concerning cleanliness of the common areas and noise level. If we receive complaints, you will be informed & Further complaints are subject to the termination of stay. We reserve the right to end a reservation if a guest becomes a disturbance / nuisance to others including management and the guest stay / staff.
  • Please respect the privacy of other.
  • The Management reserve the right to file case if property assert and staff abuse verbal and physical.

No In-room / Outdoor Party Policy –

Mohana Beach Resort enforces no In-room / Outdoor Party Policy to ensure that we can always entertain and protect the property and our guests. In the event of disturbance request will be done politely to reduce noise. If the request is not entertained, the guest may be asked to leave the resort immediately and the advance and other applicable charges are subject to
